Job Requirements

  • must be TABC certified
  • Servsafe or similar Food Handler's Certificate may be required depending upon store location
  • previous experience in bartending preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • willingness to work flexible schedules

Job Duties

  • maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the bar and lounge areas
  • ensure all necessary items are stocked including beer wine liquor garnishes plate ware silverware and glassware
  • suggestively sell guests appropriate food and beverage items using menus and promotional materials
  • follow Perry's 40 steps of service to ensure all guests have an enjoyable and complete dining experience
  • accurately enter and order all food and beverage items into the Aloha Point of Sale system
