Job Requirements
- Minimum six months previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant
- Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
- Maintains station in practicing good safety and sanitation procedures
- Work in conjunction with other employees to ensure the quality, consistency and specifications are upheld
- Knowledge of safe food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Must hold a current Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certificate
- Well focused and organized
- Strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation procedures
- Work collaboratively with other staff to maintain quality and consistency
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible beverage service
