Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent
must be at least 21 years of age
basic working knowledge of cash register and cash handling procedures
sufficient math ability to accurately count and handle money
basic working knowledge of bar operation
ability to follow directions and effectively perform the work
pleasant personality and neat appearance
speaks and understands English well enough to converse with customers, supervisors, and employees
able to stand and walk for the duration of shift
able to carry and lift according to industry standards
ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Sets up and services individual beverage locations
properly handle cash
enforce all liquor laws
verify and account for all liquor inventory
maintain proper sanitation of work area
follow proper safety practices in the work area
provide pleasant and efficient service to customers
report to food and beverage personnel in appropriate uniform for assigned location
prepare all beverage items for sale in the station
sell to customers charging amount indicated on approved price list
receive and handle cash and/or tickets
accurately verify all cash and liquor inventory with supervisor
verify cash register is programmed properly according to approved sales prices
follow all rules and regulations applicable to beverage operations and food and beverage division
request identification for every guest purchasing alcohol
