Job Requirements
- Must have at least 2-3 years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar
- Completion of a "safe alcohol service" program like TIPS or BAR CODE
- Ability to work gracefully under pressure
- Complete knowledge of drink and food menus
- Friendly, helpful, and attractive style and demeanor
- Must be able to "sell the product" effectively
- Not slow to react or hesitant in fast-paced settings
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and serve customers with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards
- Promote and "sell the product" effectively to enhance sales
- Maintain complete knowledge of the drink and food menus to answer customer questions and provide recommendations
- Work efficiently and gracefully under high-volume and high-pressure conditions
- Ensure compliance with all safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Manage transactions accurately and responsibly
