Job Requirements

High school graduate or general education degree (GED)
Must be TIPS, CARE or equivalent certified, or be willing to become certified
Ability to input and access information in the property management system/point of sales system
Food Handlers License - KCMO within 30 days of hire
Liquor License - KCMO within 30 days of hire
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Good communication skills

Job Qualifications

High school graduate or general education degree (GED)
TIPS, CARE or equivalent certification, or willingness to become certified
Ability to input and access information in the property management system or point of sales system
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Previous bartending experience preferred but not required
Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques

Job Duties

Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar and in the restaurant
Helping guests be aware of and choose menu items, taking orders and making guests feel taken care of during their visit
Keeping the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service
Adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages
Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations
Providing prompt and efficient service to maximize guest satisfaction
Assisting in inventory management and restocking supplies
