Job Requirements

High school graduate or general education degree (GED)
Must be TIPS, CARE or equivalent certified or willing to become certified
Ability to input and access information in property management system and point of sales system
Food handlers license - KCMO within 30 days of hire
Liquor license - KCMO within 30 days of hire
Ability to stand for extended periods
Capability to lift or move up to 25 pounds
Strong customer service skills

Job Qualifications

High school graduate or general education degree (GED)
TIPS, CARE or equivalent bartender certification or willingness to become certified
Experience in bartending or customer service within hospitality
Ability to operate property management systems and point of sales systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of responsible alcohol service
Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately

Job Duties

Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications
Garnish drinks professionally to enhance presentation
Serve beverages to guests at the bar and in the restaurant
Assist guests in choosing menu items and taking orders
Maintain cleanliness and stocking of the bar area
Provide friendly and attentive service ensuring guest satisfaction
Adhere strictly to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages
