Job Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older to serve alcoholic beverages
Ability to lift trays, dish racks, glass racks weighing 20-40 lbs
Capacity to push carts, Queen Marys, hotbox, portable bar weighing 50-100 lbs
Ability to bend/kneel to access lower cabinets and lift trays
Mobility to maneuver in narrow areas and among seated guests
Capacity to stand continuously 100% of scheduled time
Ability to climb approximately 12 steps 20% of an 8-hour shift
No driving required
Ability to read and use records and handle special requests
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized and attentive to detail in crowded and noisy environments
Ability to use tact and understanding in handling customer service problems including stressful or emotional situations
Ability to accurately count cash
Ability to operate a cash register

Job Qualifications

Bartending training and certification
TIPS Certified
Minimum 6 months bartending experience
Must be 21 years of age or older to serve alcoholic beverages

Job Duties

Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
Perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner
Maintain a commitment to guest satisfaction
Ring guest checks, collect cash and process credits and room charges in exact adherence to company policies and procedures
Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists
Know and comply with state liquor laws
Ensure established pars are maintained
Perform all sidework duties according to sidework schedules
