Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for extended periods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be at least 21 years old
Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous bartending experience preferred
Knowledge of various alcoholic beverages and mixology techniques
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service skills

Job Duties

Prepare and serve beverages accurately and promptly
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar areas and guest touch points
Engage guests with friendly and knowledgeable conversation
Display enthusiasm and expertise in liquor and drink preparation
Ensure timely service to maximize guest satisfaction
Promote a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere
Collaborate with team members to uphold brand standards
