Job Requirements

Minimum age of 21 years
legal authorization to serve alcoholic beverages
ability to stand for extended periods
capability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
strong interpersonal skills
detail-oriented and able to work efficiently under pressure
commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous bartending or beverage service experience preferred
strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and drink preparation
excellent communication and customer service skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
knowledge of safety and sanitation standards in food and beverage service
ability to recommend food and beverage pairings

Job Duties

Craft every alcoholic and nonalcoholic drink to company standards
serve guests responsibly and courteously

take accurate drink and food orders
maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area
adhere to health, safety, and sanitation protocols
build friendly and attentive guest service that encourages repeat visits
