Job Requirements

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in bartending or related customer service role preferred
Must be 21 years or older to serve alcohol
Ability to stand for extended periods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards
Provide exceptional guest service with genuine hospitality
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar area and equipment
Check identification to verify age requirements for alcohol service
Manage inventory of bar supplies and restock as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
