Job Requirements
- Minimum age requirement of 21 for legal alcohol service
- ability to stand for extended periods
- flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- compliance with company safety and sanitation guidelines
- ability to work collaboratively with team members
- availability to attend training sessions as needed
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending or related experience preferred
- strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage preparation
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- responsible alcohol service knowledge and certification if required
- basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Craft alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks according to company standards
- serve guests responsibly while ensuring excellent customer service
- guide guests through food and beverage menus and provide recommendations
- take accurate drink orders and manage timely delivery
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- restock bar supplies and inventory as needed
- adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols
