Job Requirements

2+ years experience as a bartender in a high-volume, upscale restaurant
Current food handlers and TABC certification
Knowledge and passion for wine, beer and craft cocktails
Compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws
Familiar with POS system
Friendly and self-motivated
Strong attention to detail
Continuous bending, reaching, twisting and use of hands and arms

Job Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume, upscale restaurant
Current Food Handlers certification
TABC certification
Strong knowledge and passion for wine, beer, and craft cocktails
Familiarity with POS systems
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Craft elevated Asian-inspired cocktails to complement the menu
Provide friendly and professional service to guests
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Operate POS system efficiently during service
Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to optimize guest experience
Exhibit genuine warmth and care towards guests and co-workers alike
