Guest focused enthusiasm and passion for hospitality
Experience of 2 plus years in full-service, high-volume casual dining
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Must be 21 years of age or older

Job Duties

Prepare and serve expertly crafted cocktails and drinks that embody the brewhouse soul
Connect guests to the brewhouse escape through expert knowledge of BJ's beverage and food pairings
Make recommendations that exhilarate the taste buds
Craft fun memorable moments with expert execution of craft beverage recipes
Apply beer and wine service techniques to enhance guest experience
Maintain a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented service environment
Ensure all drinks are prepared according to company standards and safety regulations
