Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of bartending experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of state liquor requirements
- Basic computer/POS knowledge preferred
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Serve each customer courteously, quickly and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant and enthusiastic attitude
- Process transactions of customers on a point-of-sale (POS) register
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked food and beverage area
- Greet and communicate with guests, take orders, serve drinks/food
- Mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with company standards
- Check identification of guests who appear to be under the age of 27 to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Ensure bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests
- Keep bar area clean and neat
- Prepare inventory or purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of food menu and maintain a complete knowledge of all liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available
- Balance all receipts
- receive and maintain proper cash accountability in cash register for shift
- check out register and prepare shift report
- complete cash transactions accurately
- balance bank at end of shift
- Perform drop and count procedures in accordance with company regulations and departmental policies
- Know and follow safety guidelines and report potentially unsafe situations
- Prioritize work according to management's needs
- Establish strong communication and rapport with leaders and co-workers
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
