Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year bartending experience preferred
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be 21 years or older
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
Strong interpersonal skills
Must comply with all health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

Previous bartending experience preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of drink recipes and cocktail preparation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Ability to stand for extended periods
Responsible alcohol service training or certification a plus

Job Duties

Craft alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to company standards
Serve guests responsibly and provide beverage recommendations
Guide guests through menus and answer questions
Take accurate drink orders and process payments
Maintain bar cleanliness and organization
Stock the bar with necessary supplies
Uphold health and safety standards at all times
