Job Requirements

Minimum age as required by law to serve alcoholic beverages
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must be detail-oriented and maintain a clean work environment
Excellent interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic setting

Job Qualifications

Prior bartending experience preferred
Knowledge of craft beers and cocktail preparation
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Food Handler or alcohol service certification preferred

Job Duties

Pour beer quickly and accurately from taps and craft cocktails from the shaker
Guide guests through the beverage menu, including draft selections and cocktails
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area
Provide attentive and friendly service ensuring guests feel valued
Build and maintain guest loyalty through excellent customer interactions
Collaborate with team members to uphold a lively and welcoming atmosphere
Adhere to health and safety standards in beverage preparation and service
