Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior bartending experience preferred
valid RAMP/TIPS certification required
ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
excellent communication skills
strong customer service orientation
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
adherence to safety and security policies
dependable and punctual work ethic

Job Duties

Responsible for set up, maintenance and breakdown of the bar
takes drink orders from patrons or servers
prepares drinks consistently according to standard recipes
monitors and stocks bar levels
handles all bar transactions
assists with inventories
greets all guests warmly
seats when necessary
guides guest's bar experience
possesses superior beer, wine and food knowledge
serves and runs food quickly and accurately
communicates with the kitchen
rings drink orders into register, collects payment and makes change
washes and sterilizes glassware
prepares garnishes for drinks
attends required trainings and meetings
delivers an exceptional experience through outstanding hospitality and food service to the guests
