Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be 21 years of age or older to serve alcoholic beverages
Knowledge of bar sanitation and safety regulations
Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area

Job Qualifications

Prior bartending or hospitality experience preferred
Ability to craft beverages according to established recipes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and safety protocols
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Craft alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to company standards
Serve guests responsibly while maintaining a friendly and attentive demeanor
Guide guests through menus and provide beverage and food recommendations
Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-stocked bar
Comply with health and safety standards and sanitation practices
Foster a welcoming environment that encourages guest return
