Job Requirements

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Ability to legally serve alcohol according to state law
Willingness to comply with health and safety protocols
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must be at least 18 years old
Effective communication skills
Prior experience in a restaurant or bar setting preferred

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Craft alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Olive Garden recipes
Deliver exceptional guest service with genuine hospitality
Regularly sanitize and disinfect guest and team member touchpoints
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the bar area
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
Upsell drinks and menu items to enhance guest satisfaction
