high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in bartending or related customer service role preferred
ability to follow recipes and standard operating procedures
strong communication and multitasking skills
must be able to stand for extended periods
flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
legal age to serve alcoholic beverages

Job Duties

prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Olive Garden recipes
ensure guest satisfaction through genuine hospitality and exceptional service
maintain cleanliness and sanitization of bar area and all guest touchpoints
handle cash and process payments accurately
restock bar supplies and ingredients as needed
collaborate with team members to support smooth restaurant operations
comply with all health and safety regulations
