Job Requirements

Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
at least 1 year of closely related bartending experience
knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
ability to interact in a friendly and outgoing manner
ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions
ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
cash handling and customer service experience preferred
frequently immerse hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions

knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits as well as their preparation and presentation
ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and policy documents
cash handling and customer service experience preferred
ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
ability to converse comfortably with customers

Job Duties

Greet customers and take food order
provide information about products and look for opportunities to upsell products
follow recipes and product directions for mixing beverages
collect payments and operate cash registers for drinks and food served following company cash handling policies
secure all monies at the end of each shift
follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and manage intoxicated guests
maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-stocked bar
communicate ticket times and potential problems to management and servers
perform other duties as assigned by management
