Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum one year bartending experience
valid Alcohol Server Permit
valid Food Handlers Permit
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
capable of lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally
effective communication skills in English
basic mathematical skills for cash handling
availability on weekends and holidays
adherence to company policies and standards

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
one year bartending experience preferred
knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits preparation techniques
understanding of state liquor laws and health codes
proficiency with point-of-sale systems
excellent communication skills in English
ability to maintain professional appearance and conduct

Job Duties

Set up the bar and prepare stations for service
mix and serve drinks according to recipes and company standards
provide excellent guest service with a friendly and professional demeanor
maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
comply with all state liquor laws and health codes
operate point-of-sale system accurately
handle cash transactions and balance till
respond to guest inquiries about menu items and offer drink suggestions
ensure responsible alcohol service
multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
