Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Minimum of 6 months bartending experience
- Bartending training and certification
- TIPS Certified
- Ability to accurately count cash
- Ability to operate cash register
- Must be able to follow verbal and written instruction in English
- Ability to perform physical demands including lifting 20-40 lbs, bending, kneeling, and prolonged standing
- Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Must be organized and attentive to detail in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
- Perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner
- Ring guest checks, collect cash and process credits and room charges in the exact manner outlined by company policies and procedures
- Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists
- Know and comply with state liquor laws
- Ensure established pars are maintained
- Perform all sidework duties according to sidework schedules
