Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old per state law
- Ability to effectively communicate with others
- Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- Ability to safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout entire shift
- Ability to wash hands frequently with disinfecting soap
- Commitment to following health and safety protocols throughout the shift
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job including lifting up to 25 pounds
- Commitment to upholding health and safety standards
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Job Duties
- Mix outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards
- Create a great bar experience for customers and staff
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room, service bar, and kitchen
- Follow all health and safety regulations including wearing protective coverings and frequent handwashing
- Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining friendly and professional demeanor
