Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of bartending experience in a high-volume setting
- Proficiency in cocktail preparation and knowledge of beer and wine
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Current TAPs certification and Alaska Food Handlers card required
- Authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and customer preferences
- Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere
- Process beverage and food orders accurately using our POS system (Micros experience preferred)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and seamless service
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed
- Stay informed about our beer offerings and menu items to make informed recommendations to guests
