Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of bartending experience in a high-volume setting
  • Proficiency in cocktail preparation and knowledge of beer and wine
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Current TAPs certification and Alaska Food Handlers card required
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and customer preferences
  • Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere
  • Process beverage and food orders accurately using our POS system (Micros experience preferred)
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and seamless service
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed
  • Stay informed about our beer offerings and menu items to make informed recommendations to guests
