Job Duties
- Bring the fun and festivity of Rio de Janeiro to guests through friendly and upbeat service
- Create made-to-order, hand-crafted alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Assist and guide guests in making food and beverage selections that enhance their dining experience
- Operate state-of-the-art point of sale systems to correctly enter, process, and close out orders
- Communicate with front and back-of-house team members to provide an exceptional dining experience
- Maintain accountability for all aspects of the bar area including setup, stocking, cleaning, sanitizing, and equipment maintenance
- Implement inventory controls and abide by all liquor laws and regulations
