Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Must have high school diploma or GED
Must be able to pass a credit, background and reference check
Minimum of 2 years verifiable experience as a bartender
Must have relevant bartender certifications necessary to work in Bossier City
Experience working in a position requiring a high level of customer service

Job Duties

Provide great customer service
Interact with customers and clients in a pleasant and professional manner
Maintain safe, secure, and sanitary working conditions
Operate a cash register accurately
Follow established cash handling and control procedures
Follow inventory control procedures accurately
Report timely and accurately to the Money Room and its agents
Coordinate with Concessions Supervisors, Cashiers, and Runners to maintain adequate inventory levels
Prepare all beverage items for sale
Comply with SAVOR/SMG and SAVOR Safe Alcohol Management Program rules
Request identification from every guest purchasing alcohol
Maintain clean and orderly work area
Perform other duties as assigned
