Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, kneel, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
  • Ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending or relevant customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of basic food safety standards
  • Ability to operate POS systems
  • Team player with attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
  • Prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and perform limited restocking of beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • Suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • Prepare all drinks according to standards using the recipe, glassware, and garnishes
  • Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • Ensure customers are well attended to, offer drink refills and clear any unused items
  • Deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
  • Follow all food safety rules
