Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
6 months to 1 year industry-relevant experience preferred
ability to handle physically demanding tasks such as standing long periods and lifting heavy loads
must work at least 40 hours within a six-month period
ability to work flexible and non-traditional schedules
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
commitment to maintaining professional appearance and conduct
ability to remain attentive and maintain a high standard of service throughout events

Job Duties

ensure the bar area is properly set-up including tables, linens, liquor, wine, beer, garnishes, and water pitchers
have knowledge of various cocktail recipes, wine packages and varietals, liquor and beer brands and styles
practice responsible alcohol service and monitor guests to prevent overserving
maintain a clean and organized workspace ensuring product is stocked and accessible
break down the bar at the end of events following all guidelines for packing and cleanliness
assist other team members including loading and unloading the truck
greet, interact with, and serve all guests in a positive and professional manner while maintaining attentiveness throughout the event
