Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months to 1 year industry-relevant experience preferred
- ability to handle physically demanding tasks such as standing long periods and lifting heavy loads
- must work at least 40 hours within a six-month period
- ability to work flexible and non-traditional schedules
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- commitment to maintaining professional appearance and conduct
- ability to remain attentive and maintain a high standard of service throughout events

Job Duties
- ensure the bar area is properly set-up including tables, linens, liquor, wine, beer, garnishes, and water pitchers
- have knowledge of various cocktail recipes, wine packages and varietals, liquor and beer brands and styles
- practice responsible alcohol service and monitor guests to prevent overserving
- maintain a clean and organized workspace ensuring product is stocked and accessible
- break down the bar at the end of events following all guidelines for packing and cleanliness
- assist other team members including loading and unloading the truck
- greet, interact with, and serve all guests in a positive and professional manner while maintaining attentiveness throughout the event
