Job Requirements

Able to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English
legal age in the state to serve alcohol
authorized to work in the United States
excellent customer service and people skills
in-depth knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies
strong attention to detail
high energy levels
ability to work in a team
excellent verbal communication
able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs to waist level
able to move items up to 50 lbs for distances up to 25 feet
able to remain standing and active for 8-12 hour shifts
able to hear, understand and respond to requests in a loud environment
able to tolerate exposure to temperatures below 0 F and above 90 F throughout shift

Job Duties

Roll clean silverware for service
remove dirty utensils, plates, drinks from bar
clean and reset bar after guests leave
sweep bar area, take out trash, and fulfill any cleaning tasks necessary
assist guests throughout the dining experience
escalate guest issues to management and resolve problems constructively
communicate effectively with teammates to ensure guest needs are met
serve and pour alcohol legally according to state regulations
read recipes and prepare drinks according to standards
help with food running
adhere to health and safety regulations in kitchen and dining areas
follow manager directions throughout shift
interact with guests and assist with their needs
