Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
legal age to serve alcoholic beverages according to local regulations
ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
basic math skills
must be able to stand and move for extended periods
ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Job Qualifications

experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant environment preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
knowledge of drink mixing and garnishing techniques
customer service orientation
ability to adhere to company policies and standards

Job Duties

mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar and in the restaurant
helping guests be aware of and choose menu items, taking orders and making guests feel taken care of during their visit
keeping the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service
adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages
assisting in tasks to ensure a stocked, sanitized and safe restaurant
