Job Description
Urban Roost Sports Bar & Grill is a brand-new Sports Bar and Grill offering great pay, benefits, and advancement opportunities. This position is part of the Opening Team at the establishment managed by OTO Development, an industry-leading hotel development and management company with a portfolio of upscale select service, extended stay, and lifestyle hotels in key markets across the United States.
Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 to serve alcoholic beverages
- in-depth knowledge of alcohol and craft cocktail bars with strong mixology skills
- ability to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, and weekends
- effective communication skills with guests and associates
- physical ability to stand, sit, walk, lift, and squat for extended periods
