Smokey Bones is a full-service restaurant chain known for its great barbecue, award-winning ribs, and vibrant atmosphere. With 63 locations across 16 states, Smokey Bones offers lunch and dinner options, a full bar with a variety of bourbons, whiskeys, beers, and cocktails, as well as slow-smoked and fire-grilled meats for dine-in, takeout, online ordering, and catering services.
Job Requirements
- Minimum requirements: able to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English
- legal age in the state to serve alcohol
- authorized to work in the United States. Additional requirements: excellent customer service and people skills
- in-depth knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies
- strong attention to detail
- high energy levels
- ability to work in a team
- excellent verbal communication. Physical requirements: able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level
- able to move items up to 50 lbs. for distances of up to 25 feet
- able to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift
- able to hear, understand, and respond to employees' and guests' requests in a loud environment
- able to tolerate exposure to cold and hot temperatures (below 0 F and above 90 F) throughout the shift.
