Job Duties
- Prepare both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for patrons
- interact with customers, take orders and serve
- assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
- mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- plan and present bar menu
- check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- stay guest focused and provide excellent guest experience
- comply with all food and beverage regulations
- maintain superior knowledge of classic cocktails
- exemplify outstanding communication skills
- create unique guest experiences
- maintain a clean and tidy work area
- complete opening and closing duties including prep and checklist
- adhere to cash handling policies and perform credit card charges
- manage pour-cost control and participate in inventory and par level determination
