Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent GED
  • prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred
  • state Alcohol Certification required or ability to obtain
  • state Food Handlers certification required or ability to obtain

Job Duties

  • serve beverages and food accurately and consistently to guests
  • prepare beverages for other servers
  • act as cashier for the outlet and service staff as needed
  • maintain existing business relationships
  • coordinate with hotel departments for groups and events
  • ensure friendly, courteous, and timely service
  • represent the hotel and restaurant positively
  • support smooth operation of food and beverage outlets
