Safety is paramount, so you will be vigilant in monitoring guest behavior to promote responsible drinking at all times. Additionally, you will ensure the bar is fully stocked with supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages throughout your shift. Your collaboration with kitchen staff will be essential during food service, especially for banquets and catering functions, to ensure a seamless experience.

This role demands strong customer interaction skills, the ability to connect quickly with a diverse range of guests, and excellent time management capabilities to handle multiple orders during peak hours. Familiarity with food safety and responsible alcohol service practices is crucial. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year bartending experience in fine dining nightclub or banquet settings
  • Proficiency in cash handling and POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS
  • Knowledge of food safety and responsible alcohol service regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including nights weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining nightclub or banquet environments
  • Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales processing
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests quickly
  • Effective time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours
  • Basic math skills for cash handling billing and inventory management
  • Familiarity with food safety standards food handling procedures and responsible alcohol service practices
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and special events such as catering or large parties
