We are currently seeking a passionate, energetic Bartender to join our high-performing team. This full-time, on-site role demands dedication to exceptional service, hospitality, and teamwork. Our Bartenders play a key role in crafting memorable dining experiences by expertly preparing and serving a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while interacting warmly with guests. You will be the face of the bar, responsible for prompt, courteous service that aligns with our restaurant's standards and hospitality values.

This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and is committed to maintaining top service quality. You will work closely with fellow team members to ensure a seamless service flow, maintain bar stock and cleanliness, and uphold all operational standards. Weekend, evening, and holiday availability are mandatory to meet the dynamic needs of our clientele. A minimum of one year experience as a primary bartender in an upscale, full-service restaurant is required to succeed in this role.

Beyond your bartending responsibilities, you will embody professionalism and a positive attitude, contributing to a welcoming and energetic atmosphere. Certification in Responsible Alcohol Service and sound judgment in managing guest wellbeing are essential to ensure safe and enjoyable experiences.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year experience as a primary bartender in a fast-paced, full-service upscale restaurant
  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Certification in Responsible Alcohol Service
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic mathematical skills and cash handling experience
  • Ability to maintain focus and work efficiently under pressure

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Take orders and skillfully prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with enthusiasm and efficiency
  • Follow established service standards and specifications to ensure prompt and courteous guest service
  • Maintain bar stock and supplies
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the bar, bar equipment, and workspace
  • Coordinate with team members to deliver seamless service
  • Handle cash and process transactions accurately
  • Identify and appropriately manage potentially intoxicated or underage guests
