We are currently seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team on a full-time basis. The role offers competitive compensation at $15.25 per hour with benefits including employee discounts, flexible scheduling, and free uniforms. The Bartender will serve an essential function by managing the bar, preparing and serving drinks accurately, and delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include checking IDs to ensure legal drinking age compliance, handling cash and credit transactions, and balancing cash receipts at the end of each shift. The ideal candidate will be adept at upselling premium drinks and food items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Additionally, the Bartender is responsible for maintaining bar cleanliness and inventory control to ensure a smooth operation.
