Residence Inn by Marriott is part of Marriott International, a global leader in the hospitality industry, recognized for its culture of inclusivity, equal opportunity employment, and a diverse workforce that values unique backgrounds, talents, and experiences.

The position available is for a Bartender at the Residence Inn located at 11000 Westwood Blvd, Orlando, Florida. The preferred shift is in the evening, offering flexibility for individuals seeking work during later hours. This role represents more than just mixing drinks; it requires fostering a unique and memorable experience for guests by anticipating their evolving needs and preferences. Bartenders at Residence Inn are not only beverage enthusiasts but also hosts who take ownership of guest service beyond the bar area. They ensure the bar operates flawlessly, creating an inviting atmosphere while building relationships with guests and colleagues across the hotel and community.

Bartenders are expected to uphold company policies and procedures, contribute to a safe workplace, and maintain professionalism in both appearance and conduct. The job entails physical activity, including standing, walking, lifting, and bending, managing objects up to 25 pounds, and requires attention to detail from handling transactions accurately to delivering high-quality drinks. It also emphasizes the significance of teamwork, confidentiality, and asset protection within the hotel's operations.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of related work experience, a high school diploma or GED equivalent, and a commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences. While supervisory experience is not required, the ability to function effectively within a team and take initiative is essential.
