This particular role is a Bartender position based in Atlanta, GA, intended to serve upscale events and venues. The employment is with Indeed Flex, but work is performed at client worksites, including some of Atlanta’s trendiest bars, nightclubs, and special events. The hourly rate starts at $25 per hour, with shift options that vary according to the candidate's availability, offering considerable flexibility for scheduling.

As a Bartender with Indeed Flex, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by showcasing your skills in cocktail preparation, mixology, and wine pairings. You will be creating delicious drinks tailored to guest preferences while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. The role demands excellent customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently in high-volume, fast-paced venues. Bartenders are expected to set up and organize the bar, ensure the availability of necessary stock, and maintain cleanliness throughout their shifts.

Candidates should possess at least six months of bartending experience, with a minimum of three months working in a high-volume venue, demonstrating their capability to thrive under pressure. Knowledge of alcohol service compliance, particularly TABC guidelines, is critical to ensure responsible service through various events.
