Established in 2009 by Steve Palmer, IRHG has blossomed into a respected hospitality company with over 30 locations, each dedicated to excellence in service and guest experience. At IRHG, hospitality transcends being merely a job—it is a lifestyle and a passionate journey that unites professionals who care deeply about their work and the people they serve. The company’s philosophy is simple yet profound: by prioritizing the well-being and growth of its team members, it ensures that guests receive outstanding care and hospitality. This approach has cultivated a thriving workplace where employees experience meaningful career advancement opportunities and benefit from comprehensive, generous benefits. Joining IRHG means becoming part of a dynamic culture with heart, camaraderie, and a shared mission to revolutionize the hospitality sector permanently.
The role of a bartender at IRHG is integral to the guest experience, offering those who thrive in a fast-paced environment the chance to showcase their craft and personality. Bartenders are tasked with professionally mixing, garnishing, and serving a wide variety of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, following the standards that define the company’s beverage offerings. Beyond the technical skills, this role demands a personable and engaging presence, as bartenders interact directly with guests to ensure their comfort and satisfaction, often becoming a memorable highlight of the visit. Bartenders also play a pivotal role in bar maintenance, ensuring the environment is inviting and functional through meticulous organization of supplies and timely restocking. Knowledge of the menu, including dietary considerations, is essential to responding to questions and enhancing guest interactions. The position also involves handling payments accurately, maintaining compliance with IRS guidelines for reporting earnings and tips. This job is not just about mixing drinks; it’s about being a key player in creating an exceptional dining and social atmosphere that encourages repeat business and long-term success for the company. The employment type is full-time with a competitive salary, reflective of the experience and skills required. Prospective bartenders should be ready to embrace a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, demonstrating flexibility and stamina in a role that demands consistent physical activity. Overall, this position offers a rewarding blend of technical bartending skills, guest relationship management, and teamwork within one of the hospitality industry’s most respected groups.
