Located in the vibrant city of Portland, Oregon, The Ritz-Carlton is seeking a dedicated and experienced Bartender to join its esteemed Food and Beverage team. As a Bartender, you will be the host of your space, using your expertise to maintain a flawless bar environment and ensure every aspect of guest service is thoughtfully executed. The physical demands of the role include standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, lifting and moving objects weighing up to 25 pounds, and performing actions like bending, twisting, and stooping. This position welcomes candidates with a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and at least one year of related bartending experience, preferably within fine dining, hospitality, or luxury settings. While no supervisory experience or licensure is required, a passion for guest service, fluid knowledge of beverage trends, and the ability to consistently exceed guest expectations are critical.
