As a Bartender at Red Lobster, your role will be crucial in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring guests enjoy their dining experience. The position requires greeting guests warmly upon their arrival, setting up the bar with proper pour and glassware stations, maintaining stock of beverages, mixes, and garnishes, and suggestively selling drinks, appetizers, and desserts. You will be responsible for preparing all drinks accurately following established recipes and presentation standards, entering orders correctly into the POS system, and consistently checking on guests to provide refills while clearing used items from tables. The Bartender will also manage timely delivery and settlement of checks, thanking guests, and inviting them back for future visits. All tasks must be performed while strictly adhering to food safety standards. The job requires physical stamina, including standing for 8-12 hour shifts, lifting items up to 30 pounds safely, and the ability to bend, stoop, and reach as needed.
