Working in a fast-paced environment, you will have the opportunity to build rapport with guests and co-workers, contributing to the lively and friendly atmosphere for which Bubba's 33 is known.

Working as a Bartender at Bubba's 33 also means you become part of a culture that genuinely values its employees. The team-focused environment ensures that when the Roadies are happy, the guests receive the best possible service. Employees benefit from formal training programs that help sharpen their skills and prepare them for advancement within the restaurant or the broader Texas Roadhouse family. Weekly pay ensures financial stability, and after one year of service, team members gain access to one of the industry's most competitive total rewards packages. This comprehensive package includes best-in-class medical plans, dental and vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation time, and various types of insurance coverage. Additional perks, such as identity theft protection, employee assistance programs, business travel insurance, and an annual holiday bonus, further contribute to the overall benefits and demonstrate the company’s commitment to its Roadies' well-being.
