Your role will involve crafting beverages to the restaurant's high standards, delivering drinks and food orders promptly and accurately, and ensuring that all guests receive attentive, courteous service throughout their visit. Responsibilities include closing out checks, reconciling cash transactions, and adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Certification such as RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) and a Foodhandler Card are mandatory for candidates applying in California locations.

Job Requirements
- One year of previous full service bartender experience
- Ability to make guest recommendations based on knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, beer and food service
- Flexibility to work weekends
- Certification in RBS for CA locations
- Foodhandler card
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as bartender, mixologist, or bar back
- Responsible Beverage Service certificate required in CA locations
- Foodhandler card required
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
Job Duties
- Make guest recommendations through knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, beer and a la carte food service
- Serve full menu and bar including wine and specialty cocktails
- Deliver drinks and food correctly and efficiently
- Close out checks and reconcile cash in a timely fashion
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines while maintaining a positive teamwork attitude
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and respectfully
- Monitor guest satisfaction
