Job Requirements
- Meet state age requirements for serving alcohol
- flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- ability to lift or move objects up to 25 pounds
- TIPs or ServSafe Alcohol certification preferred, training to be completed within 90 days of employment
- comply with state-specific regulations for alcohol service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior bartending experience preferred
- knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- TIPs or ServSafe Alcohol certification preferred
- ability to lift or move objects up to 25 pounds
Job Duties
- Craft and serve cocktails
- take food and beverage orders and process payments
- provide exceptional customer service to guests
- replenish and prepare beverage and food supplies as needed
- become knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- ensure a smooth and timely experience for all guests
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
