Job Description

Arbor Lodging Management is a distinguished hotel investment and management company with an expanding portfolio of properties spanning across the United States, Mexico, and the Caribbean. The company's dedication to integrity, hospitality, accountability, innovation, and diversity is reflected in their core guiding principles, creating a workplace where growth, development, and progression are encouraged at all levels.

The Hotel Indigo Nashville Countrypolitan, a vibrant and recently renovated establishment located in the heart of Nashville, is celebrated for combining the city’s rich cultural heritage with a modern hospitality experience. As part of the Arbor Lodging family, the hotel boasts a refreshed bar and lounge that offer guests a unique, enjoyable atmosphere perfectly aligned with Nashville’s iconic music and cultural scene. Currently, Hotel Indigo Nashville Countrypolitan is seeking enthusiastic and skilled part-time bartenders who are passionate about crafting unforgettable guest experiences. The part-time bartender position is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and want to be part of an exciting new chapter in the hotel's history. Bartenders at Hotel Indigo Nashville Countrypolitan are entrusted with greeting guests, learning their preferences, and expertly preparing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Responsibilities also include upselling menu items, creating innovative cocktail recipes, restocking bar supplies, and ensuring the bar is clean and organized. This part-time role offers a healthier work schedule, eliminating late-night shifts that often extend past 3 a.m., making it an excellent choice for those seeking a better work-life balance without sacrificing the excitement and social aspects of bartending. The hotel’s commitment to exceptional service paired with a team-oriented work culture creates an environment where bartenders can excel and grow their careers. The company’s guiding principles underline the importance of leading with heart, aiming higher, and recognizing individual differences, fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace. This foundational ethos ensures that every team member is empowered to contribute meaningfully while developing professionally in a hospitality setting.

Overall, this opportunity combines great hourly wages, valuable benefits, and the chance to work in a beautifully renovated hotel bar set in one of the most culturally vibrant cities in the United States.
