Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- One year of professional bartending experience
- Basic food handler certification or willingness to obtain
- Alcohol service certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to verbally communicate and write information
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Maintain work schedule as assigned and communicate scheduling needs
- Provide detailed knowledge of culinary and beverage items
- Upsell premium offerings and add-ons to enhance guest experience
- Complete required and suggested training
- Provide thoughtful product suggestions
- Complete opening and closing side work
- Maintain cleanliness of working area
- Use proper service techniques and measuring devices
- Assist service staff with product recommendations
- Ensure safe alcohol service techniques
- Maintain service in assigned section
- Accurately record and charge drink orders
- Enter orders into point-of-sale system promptly
- Deliver food and beverage orders correctly and promptly
- Secure and process payments quickly and accurately
- Manage cash bank with precision
- Maintain guest checks and complete shift paperwork
- Perform cleaning and stocking duties
- Maintain product rotation and assist management with par levels
- Assist in creating high-quality beverage offerings
- Be knowledgeable of entire resort services and operations
- Deliver "I Am Proud" service standards
- Establish cross-departmental communication
- Complete additional training
- Perform deep cleaning and organizing
- Assist other restaurant and resort functions
- Maintain equipment functionality and cleanliness
- Alert management of needed products
- Rotate and remove expired products
- Assist with inventories
- Understand resort department functions
- Articulate department locations and services
- Work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Greet guests with positive energy
- Provide extraordinary service
