- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve beverages directly to guests seated in the bar and cocktail area
- Prepare beverages for servers and cocktail servers who place beverage orders for guests in the cocktail area and dining room
- Engage with guests to provide friendly and attentive service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and restock bar supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to enhance guest experience
