The Beverage Server is responsible for maintaining clean and organized bar areas, preparing garnishes by slicing and pitting fruit, and ensuring compliance with age verification laws when serving alcohol. They prepare and serve drink and food orders and may also take orders and clear tables in bar and lounge areas. Additionally, they handle the payment process using the guest check system and are trained to identify and manage intoxicated guests responsibly. Inventory management is another important aspect, involving completing beverage requisitions to maintain par levels and assisting with beverage inventory counts.

In support of sustainability efforts, employees are expected to follow HHM's EarthView program guidelines, which promote environmentally responsible practices. Safety is a top priority, so beverage servers are required to adhere to MSDS and OSHA standards, wear protective gear, and practice safe work habits. Throughout every interaction, the focus is on ensuring overall guest satisfaction by responding promptly to their needs and enhancing the hospitality experience.
